180 trips from the couch to the the john and back?
The ad says it was only used for three hours.
What it doesn't mention (after a while you kind of learn to read between the lines of these things) is that the right turn signal was on the whole time.
Well, I typically spend more than five or six hours a day driving. That gives me a lot of idle brain time, which I use to soak in the scenery. I notice things. Some of them are funny; maybe ironic; and every once in a while downrightstupid. Sometimes while driving aroundit'll finally sink in about something I read in yesterday's paper or maybe heard on the radio. Or maybe I just imagined it all...
Also, as the automotive columnist for the Buffalo newsweekly Artvoice, I have more than a passing interest in cars. Armed with my trusty camera, I'll be taking photos of the more interesting ones I see — either on the road, in the parking lot, or off in a field somewhere. You can see the car pics on the ArtvoiceDaily Blog page, under You Auto Know, by clicking here.
In the past I've written weekly humor columns for Metro Community News (Corbran's Corner), the Tonawanda News (Twin City Grins), and Buffalo Beat (Buffalo Things).
Hopefully you'll stop back often to see what I've seen, or heard... or whatever!
